For a  student entry clearance, one should submit form IM2A which can be obtained from the British High Commission. The application form is to be submitted along with:

·  Valid Passport

·  Two recent passport-sized photographs

·  Non-refundable entry clearance fee

·  All relevant diplomas or educational certificates

·  Confirmation letter from the University indicating acceptance for a course in the UK and a statement of fees for the course

·  Evidence of sufficient financial funds for tuition and living expenses. Include any proof of scholarship or financial aid if available.
Essentials:
A student must be able to support any dependents and himself/herself during his/her sojourn in the UK. The student should pay for the studies without working in the UK. The course of study should be full-time, i.e devote at least 15 hours weekly to organized study. He/She must leave the UK when the studies are completed.
